THIS NEW ONLINE MODULE offers five weekends of live interactive virtual class, plus additional recorded yoga classes that continue the integration of the material presented each weekend. A total of 50+ hours of embodied learning, the series is designed to have the option to attend live, and/or enjoy the recorded classes on your own time schedule.

Classes are presented live and are interactive. They are an active combination of presentation, somatization and movement exploration, principles of embodiment and application, with time for discussion and questions.
Classes are presented online via Zoom.
Each Live Class will be recorded and stored in your student account with lifetime access.
If you can’t make the live classes, you can follow the weekends on your own time schedule.

These classes are designed to support your continued integration of the Body-Mind Centering® & Yoga material presented each weekend. Classes are embodied explorations of yoga with application of principles to asana, breath, meditation, and philosophy. Classes are taught by course faculty, and uploaded to your student account following each weekend, with lifetime access.
Course Notebook
Participants of the live module receive a course notebook designed specifically for the School for Body-Mind Centering® Immersion Series. All documents are available by permission from Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, and The School For Body-Mind Centering®. The notebook will be in a PDF format, accessible in your student account with lifetime access.
If you are a Registered Yoga Teacher with (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, EmbodiYoga / Lisa Clark is a Continuing Education Provider. You can receive 50 hours of Continuing Education Credits (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance for this course.
WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR?
The principles and techniques learned in this course can be used for personal development and for professional enhancement. We recommended it for anyone interested in movement, dance, yoga, bodywork, somatic studies, education, meditation, and other body-mind disciplines.
No previous experience with Body-Mind Centering® or Yoga is necessary for this course.

Our faculty are professional practitioners and teachers of Body-Mind Centering® with decades of dedication and experience integrating Yoga & Body-Mind Centering®. They bring to their classes rich diverse backgrounds in the fields of yoga, therapy, somatics, movement, and meditation.
